The staff go out of there way to let you no what your child’s been up to for the day as well as the staff always having a smile on there faces when you drop and collect.The nursery has not just helped my daughter gain her confidence,learn and grow they’ve also helped me every step of the way with there advice and kindness. “I felt quite apprehensive about sending my 9 month old to nursery, even more apprehensive during the pandemic as she had spent a few months with just us 4. Due to covid I wasn’t able to attend any settling in sessions and cried as soon as I dropped her off for her first hour. There was nothing to be worried about, my little girl has settled really well, the staff are fab and the communication is brilliant. She is always doing something different and I receive regular updates and pictures of her playing.”

“Our daughter has been attending Charlies for just over a year now and all we can say is how brilliant everything is about this nursery – the staff, the policies in place, the structure of the day, daily activities… everything! The staff are amazing and know everything there is to know about children and their development. We genuinely feel like all staff treat our daughter like she is one of the family, and when she is there for most of her weekly time – this is exactly what you want. We love that there is an app and throughout everyday, it is regularly updated with all types of notes, observations and photos. We also have quite a unique childcare requirement pattern and the owner, manager and administrator have done their utmost to help accommodate this need as best as they could. Nothing is too much trouble for anyone that is connected with Charlies – the whole team are a credit to the profession.”
